Below are some common queries/issues that users run into, if you can’t find a solution to your problem here, please reach out to us directly, we’re here to help!


I haven't received an invitation email

First, please check your spam/junk folder

If it is not in the spam/junk folder, confirm with your educator that they've entered your email address correctly

If the above options don’t fix the issue, please ask your educator to go through the following troubleshooting steps.

I have forgotten my password

If you have already activated your account, you are able to reset your password by completing the Forgot Password form. However, if you have not activated your account yet, then you will need to use the temporary password in your invitation email.

Temporary passwords are valid for 90 days, if this time has surpassed, then please reset ask your educator to reset your temporary password. They can do this on the My Students page by clicking “Action Required”.
